Run with the Law is a blog about legal issues that I find interesting and hope you will to. I find there are constantly interesting intellectual property related stories in the news. Tired of trying to get my girlfriend to talk to me about these issues when she has little interest in them, I decided to start this blog. I hope that it will generate discussion on these often controversial issues.
About me:
My name is Greg Jizmagian (you can see why I post everything under GregSJ.) I am an ex-collegiate runner working on finishing the High Tech Law Certificate at Santa Clara Law. Hence this blog will focus on an Intellectual Property and Technology.
About the name “Run with the Law”:
As a semi-frequent, semi-serious, and semi-dedicated runner many of my blog posts originate from things I think about while running. I have also combined this blog with posts from an old blog “Run When You Can” under the Run Posts heading. These posts will be non-legal and running related. Thus this blog contains both running and law (hence run with the law.) Finally I hope that this blog will become a place of discussion and thus people will be running with their thoughts on the law.
