		<description>Apparently individual California residents are supposed to keep track of all of their purchases from out of state online advertisers that don&#039;t collect sales tax and pay it with their yearly income tax.  Thus the projected income from this change would just collect that revenue from retailers rather than individuals.  I for one did not know that I was supposed to be paying sales tax on online purchases from out of state retailers.  It appears that nobody must know which is why instead of going after individuals the state is choosing to go after retailers.
